Starting a new food related business? The Landing Co-op offers varied sized spaces with access to commercial grade ovens, stoves and other equipment as well as state of the art facilities, Refrigeration and freezers. You have the ability to add to your member package as your business grows allowing you unlimited possibilities that you would have in a traditional bricks and mortar business.

Hourly Package - 476 per month

24 hours per month full access to a workstation + full access to all of the coolers, freezers and hot cooking station.

Part time Package - 730 per month

One of our more popular packages. You have 76 hours per month, full access to a workstation + full access to all of the coolers, freezers and hot cooking station.

Full Time Package - 1208 per month

This type of package is best suited to someone that has a mind range business. This one will allow you to get started and if needed grow it a bit by adding some hours to best fit your needs. 168 Hours a month, full access to a workstation + full access to all of the coolers, freezers and hot cooking station.

Dedicate Members Package - 1838 per month

Round the clock access to a dedicated 5′ X 10′ workstation pod and full access to all of the coolers, freezers and hot cooking station. This kind of package is great for that kind of business that requires a bit more time and more control over your work station.

Dedicated Business Builder Station

This is for a business that has solid production, sales and a few employees. Your doing 30 to 40K a month in revenue and your business continues to grow. You have round the clock access to a 10′ X 10′ station, 8 dry shelves, and communal equipment.

The Day Rate

We have flexible rates for hourly or daily rates for those that just require a commercial approved space to prepare for weddings or other events.

We and provide you with al the storage you need to grow your business. The dedicated packages come with dry storage shelving. The smaller packages can add as many as they feel they will need. Below is a table to help you make your options easier.
